U.S. Department of Education issues annual FERPA & PPRA notices

US Ed has issued its annual notice to SEAs and LEAs of their responsibilities under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA).  Links to the notices are posted below and will also be available in NSBA’s upcoming issue of Federal Resources and Regulations.
