The CPE Briefing Room

Through its public website, NSBA’s Center for Public Education serves as a national resource for school leaders, the media and policy makers for credible information about school improvement and public education trends and issues. The CPE Briefing Room adds value to the reports found on the CPE public website with content designed exclusively for the use of local school boards and district leadership teams. Through short video overviews and supplemental resources, CPE analysts will provide exclusive insights for school boards that can be used at the board table, by district leadership teams, or with community groups to help citizens understand public education issues. Scheduled each year will be 4-6 video briefings along with supplemental resources, for a growing library of briefings that will support school boards in using research and data to assist in decision making.
