·         Form a strong partnership between Division of Instruction and  Information Technology to support systemic practices of 21st century learning across the organization

·         Extend classrooms by restructuring libraries to lead the work of technology and information literacy for all students and staff

·         Focus on technology tools and resources to best meet the needs of digitally rich classrooms

·         Create sustainable funding models utilizing existing and ongoing funds

·         Expand professional development through online opportunities such as quality online courses and digital Professional Learning Communities

·         Provide online learning opportunities for students in varied environments from full time online to online enhanced

·         Develop policies and practices to extend the vision and use of technology and information across a district

·         Prioritize student Educational Technology standards aligned to a Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum Alignment Project

·         Effectively implement and utilize technology systems for district initiatives such as progress monitoring, reading intervention, video conferencing, online learning, Response To Intervention, student centered instruction and a six-year graduation plans

·         Create school based leadership models to support technology and information literacy in a “flat world” structure
