Description – See how technology policy and practice come together to create a 21st century learning environment through classroom observations, conversations with school leaders, and mini-briefings that share the lessons learned from Empire High School, opened in 2005 as the first one-to-one laptop, textbook-free, comprehensive public high school in the nation.
