School Districts, off-campus speech, and the US Supreme Court...A Decision in the Wings?

Are school districts responsible for students’ off-campus speech?   With some recent appellate court rulings, that issue may be heard by the Supreme Court this term.  NSBA Senior staff attorney, Sonja Trainor , will discuss these cases and the possible implication they will have on school board policies.
