So You Want to Become a National Affiliate

NSBA’s National Affiliate Program provides unique benefits for local school boards across the nation. The National Affiliate program is a partnership that works with and through each state school boards association.  To join the National Affiliate program you must be a member of your state association. Being a part of the National Affiliate program is about more than “what you get”—it’s a commitment to action. National Affiliate districts receive a rich array of information and support on federal legislative and legal issues designed to support their engagement in grassroots efforts to influence federal policy. The National Affiliate program also provides unique networking opportunities, a vast array of informational resources, and special savings for school board members across the nation.

As a National Affiliate, you gain an information advantage based on NSBA’s broad array of resources that are designed and produced to address your questions on public school governance, education policy, best district practices, and more. And, as a National Affiliate, you save your district money when you take advantage of special discounts on NSBA services, including meeting registrations and publications.

We'd be happy to provide you with more information on the National Affiliate program, just request an information packet. Or if you have questions regarding the ways the program can benefit your district, please call or email one of NSBA's Regional Managers:
